Please fix scrolling

Scrolling is so choppy or something that I get motion sickness. I am going to have to uninstall the app and shop in the web browser. Please figure this out! It hurts my brain.

Buggy then, buggy now. And oh, bad customer service

Same as the real reviews here. No joke. I’d rather buy at Amazon (and the items are there, too!) where I can shop along with my other items hassle free. Please pretty please fix your customer service. This isn’t customer obsession at best. Thank you 🙏🏼

Poor filters

So selling so many items and not cheap one would expect something better Wanna buy clothes ? Sure . Go for CLOTHING , select your size and then scroll through 2216 items Seriously? No more specific filters like pants or dresses ? Oh it’s only reserved for full price items but if you click on sales - forget it Well , there are better places to shop

Hate this app

Horrible!!!!! Says they have a size and they really don’t when you try to buy it it says they don’t have it, also it’s impossible to pay, it keeps going on a loophole and doesn’t let you finish. I had well over $600 in my cart and at the time of paying it wouldn’t let me, I tried like a thousand times, I will not waste my time in this app.

Horrible customer service

I was excited to order from Shopbop but I had a horrible experience with customer service. None of my items fit which is unusual for me when online ordering and the quality wasn’t great either. Waste of money & a huge hassle. I’ll stick to companies with top tier customer service and policies going forward.

FIX THE BUG!!

I’m unable to see pictures in the shopping cart and I can’t load any pictures when I open the product pages!

Purchased over 30 items for them to say over 20 hours later that we don’t processes multiple item orders now I’m sitting waiting for 30x100 to be refunded to me Customer support is a joke SAVE YOURE MONEY AND GO SOMEHWHERE ELSE!

Weirdest transaction i ever encountered

Shi purchased 4 sneakers (1 for me and 3 for my siblings) and for the first time in my life after 3 days it got rejected, without any explanation. When i emailed they responded stating some weird policy against purchasing multiple items from a vendor- despite my explanation of what my purchase was for (which isn’t normally needed for such a small and clearly different styles and sizes quantity)- I don’t recommend Shopbop at all due to this poor service and waste of time

Worst Experience Ever

I bought a headband on this app and decided to return. Not only did my return take almost three weeks to reach them, but it hasn’t been processed yet and it’s coming up on a month. What a waste of time.

Notifications messed up

Returned to my review to say that the app won’t allow you to get notifications unless you allow Banners. I don’t use banners because they block my directions on Google maps and distract my driving. Please fix this & allow me to get Lock Screen notifications only. Crazy to have this setting Huge fan of shopbop, great high quality products and huge selection, and returns and shipping are easier than basically any other site I’ve used. I’ve bought almost all of my clothes there for the past 5 years. Just came here to say that the sort and filter options have stopped working on My Hearts recently—-please fix thanks!

Terrible shopping service

I would give zero star if I could. I got the most terrible customer service ever experienced. They are quick when you are trying to buy stuff, but super slow and not responsive when you try to return items. I sent multiple emails, tried the online customer service but still could not my return order sorted out and my money back. I got promise from customer service that everything is taken care of. But this is a lie and nothing is done.

Best Go-to

This app is literally my best go to for clothing. They have a wide variety of items that are versatile. Not to mention, they have tons of on trend stuff. (They really do keep up with the times) I love how fast there shipping is. Also, if you have any questions, you are always able to call customer support. I love how helpful there customer support team is.

App stopped working!

The app is not working properly anymore! I can’t like or add any items to my wishlist! I can do these things on browser but not on the app! Very frustrating user experience!

One of the top shopping apps...

I believe I started looking at items to purchase online from revolve and shopbop simultaneously. To be honest, while the clothing brands are great and I’ve never had any problems with my orders, it is certainly a harder site to navigate and harder to get good customer service when compared to revolve. Some of the brands may be slightly more higher end on shopbop, but most are pretty similar and I would say that revolve is shopbop’s main competitor by far. I think that this app has a lot more potential than is being offered. Like someone mentioned in a previous review, at times when I have gone to the shop here, I end up shopping somewhere else (usually revolve) instead, because of the amount of times it has forgotten my check out information. Due to subpar customer service, at times it been very difficult for me to get help to get back inside my account, hence why I give up and go elsewhere. I was happy to see they started doing a rewards program in the past year or so, but again, something their main competitor has had for about the last seven years I have been shopping with them. I haven’t checked in a bit, but I would also like to see them take Afterpay and QuadPay like nearly every single shopping site does now. If you guys already do, great! If not, I would strongly consider it. Admittedly, when it first came out, I thought it was a little tacky. Like layaway or whatnot. But it is actually very useful because for those of us who shop like maniacs, (probably most of us on these apps), it’ doesn’t seem so bad when you see only $250 of your money leave your checking account at first for a $1000 purchase, then $250 two weeks later, then again, then a fourth and final time. Yes, of course I understand it’s the same in the end, but I don’t like taking money out of my savings account, and I like to keep my checking account at a decent amount, yet not too high. So a lot of the times, AfterPay keeps it at that perfect balance I prefer to have (and between payments, I can put more money in). You guys have had some amazing sales as well, and some really great people exclusive products… Just please keep in mind the recommendations I have offered as I see they are pretty common among many other reviewers. I really think that you could easily compete with revolve if only there was some more effort put in!

Massive decline in service

Not sure what happened to Shopbop. Used to be my go to site as an international customer. Delivery arrived as expected via DHL. Returns were a breeze. Service was always great. Now they are using some no name logistics provider which means delivery takes 2-3 weeks. It’s completely unclear how to make a return (I’m still waiting for a response from customer service). And service has really gone down hill. Lots of excuses and non answers to questions that make me think I am speaking to a bot rather than a person. Most eCommerce platforms continue get better and better but this is the complete opposite. I think I have made my last order if this is the new normal. I expect A LOT more from an Amazon company.

Really bad customer service

Well , I’ve spent bunch of money one shopping on Shopbop, and last nite I made wrong order I was trying to cancel some items. I called the customer service many times , no body pick up! Then I emailed them , they told me they have to wait the warehouse get back to them , I canceled a order before , I never been told I have to wait for warehouse get back , then they can cancel it ! Then I called them , a guy picked it up , he was showing attitude and very very rude , almost yelled at me , he didn’t solve any problems, and hang up! This morning I called them again, I just realized I been blocked on the phone assist system, now they don’t ship my order , and they don’t get my money back either ! ! I never thought I would get this treatment from them !all my good experiences have been ruined by that guy ! 🙃

Great app & webstore!

I recently discovered Shopbop & I’m glad I did. The app is pretty seamless and easy to navigate. My orders have all come wickedly fast. I purchased FL&L earrings and was relieved to see they were carefully wrapped in the box. My only suggestions to better this app would be able to have custom searches saved (ex: “my size”) so you don’t have to refiler it every time. Not necessary, of course, but it would be nice! :)

Favorite place to Shop

I’ve never thought I’d trust buying online! But when I did use Shopbop I got addicted and satisfied every time I receive a package! The only issue I faced was colors not matching the picture and I told customer service about it and they were very helpful and appreciated the feedback. I still use the app and I started buying for my own daughters 😁

I love the fact that they tell you the size the model(s) in the photos have on and the zooming capability. This helps me get a better understanding of how the item will fit on my, 80% of the time sizing is spot on! My return rate is very low, for a app store! Thanks Shop Bop!

Awesome company

I bought a sweater color clay, and Golden Goose sneakers the shipping is so fast than everyone else. There product is genuine and stylish. Hopefully they will not change and it will continue the way it is... it’s worth it to give them a 5 star Awesome app..

best shopping app there is. prices are high, but the user experience and just the way the pictures look is so eye appealing. i scroll through the new arrivals every morning just for fun.

Consistency gets 5 stars

More and more, online shops have become a bit of an bait and switch. Something looks great in the image, and what you receive is a sub-par imitation, or customer service is severely lacking and returns are more hassle than just taking the hit, and stuffing the terrible thing in the back of your closet. I’ve yet to encounter an issue that wasn’t easily remedied yet. Quality has been consistent; when I’ve needed to make returns, it’s been seamless; shipping is exactly as advertised (which is another rapidly expanding nightmare, with other online sites). 2nd day shipping is 2nd day shipping; not 2nd day, after the 4-7 business day processing period, and maybe you’ll get your items 10 days - 2 weeks after placing your order. So for consistency across all areas, it stands above others, who struggle to even achieve “hit or miss” status.

I’d probably do less returns if I had more information from customers about the merchandise. I’d like feedback on fit, comfort, value, etc.. Especially helpful when a reviewer describes their own build or feet. Couldn’t really care less about how many compliments. Just sayin’. Otherwise, love the site! Buy most of my clothes from Shopbop and I get LOTS of compliments!

Great shopping app

Love the interface, ease of shopping. Especially how you don’t have to open an item when browsing to see all the photos. Promo codes are easy to enter. Love that when you go into an item and then leave that items page it returns to the same place you scrolled to. Easy to sort and filter. All around great app.

I ❤️❤️❤️the Shopbop app. I have been a customer for a long time and while they carry some of the best styles of women’s clothing at all price points they really out did themselves with the app. Here’s what I love - you can swipe and see all the photos within the scroll you don’t have to click through. I also like when you do click on it you can go back and it takes you right back where you were in the list. Check out is super easy. The only thing I would change is to not put a cap on my hearts 🤣 I have run out of space on that. 🤣

I love shopping at shopbop, they have a wide range of exclusive designer clothing which is hard to find in other retail stores.They carry the most trending and stylish designers which I love about them, and the promotions and sales they run are also amazing!

Easy to use, nice interface

Clean cut interface. Very user friendly - I was able to find what I wanted quickly. Slightly limited selection but I don’t mind that because it makes deciding on things way faster when not faces with so many options. It’s annoying that the promo codes will apply and then when you go to checkout it often says that you can’t use it in your country or some other limitation, and then I have to go back to enter another one. Also, I think it could be improved by adding a video of the product like how Nordstrom and Zappos does!

NEVER BUY HERE

After trying to buy 3 times something from your website and getting a confirmation order the 3 times, just to realize later that my order has Being canceled without giving me any notice I’m supremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism of your Website. The first time customer service told me I got something wrong in my credit card info... so they just blocked the purchase without giving me or my bank any notice. So I didn’t got my things that I specifically pid rushed since I needed them. The second 2 times I used a different card and doubled checked the info with 2 other people doing the purchase with me. Same history, I get the confirmation email but when checking in the app, the order is rejected... here it comes the best part: I call customer service and the person in the phone tells me: they are all in a meeting so they can not help you now.... It is hard to believe that you are a serious business after all my attempts to get something from your website. You have a terrible way of communicating with your clients, and a really slow and not competent customer service. After this terrible experience I’m just rating you 0 in every platform or review that I can find and telling all the people about this awful experience. I know maybe it’s not a lot, but reputation is something that you should definitely care, at least care more than what you care of customer experience.
