why its notworking the app on my ipad?!

Takes 20-60 seconds to load between items, even when you just change color

Crashes every 2 mins!

In just updated and nothing is working-I am prompted to log in everytime I favorite something and then Im kicked out of the search on top of it so totally unable to shop tonight.

And if your experience has been like mine lately, youll want to shop at revolve, pret a porter, soleil blue, Luisaviaroma, nasty gal, etc. Shopbop used to be my go to e-tailer. I used to LOVE Shopbop!! I still want to, but...The app doesnt allow you to access your account via Amazon or previous orders. It crashes. This app doesnt work properly on an iPad. Its pretty much reflective of how disappointing my last couple Shopbop orders have been packaged and arrived. They used to pay attention to details, but this app is like going to Vegas. Sloppy, inconsistent, possibly fun, but mostly empty and disappointing.

I love this app. But for the past six months have stopped using it because you cant heart things anymore. Once u click the heart it unhighlights. And u cant see what youve favorited like what youve hearted. Contacted support no fix. All other apps have heart vs like vs bag vs wish list. Please fix this

A huge flaw with this app is not being able to readily access your account information. It seems pretty standard to want to see your order history and track packages and the like within the app itself, rather than simply placing new orders. Im deleting the download and will stick with the mobile/web version. Unfortunately, as it stands, the app isnt worth taking up the space on my phone.

i check new arrivals every morning when i wake up. there must be a few hundred new styles every day. also really like that you can swipe through product images for an individual product directly from a page that features multiple products. lookbooks have great styling inspiration. shipping is always quick too (they have amazon prime in the usa).

I havent been able to access this app for several days. Nor am I able to delete it in order to re-download it. Dont know whats going on.

This app has not been working for me for several days...I am not able to make/complete a purchase. Have never had a problem in the past until the last week or so?

Its kind of lame that you cant see your orders from the app.

Used to be my go to app alongside of revolve clothing... Now you cant even "heart" items if you click something to heart it, it doesnt work. You cant see what youve added to youre wish list or bag already so you just keep duplicating things..... So annoying..... Now I use popsugar/shopstyle instead. PLEASE FIX THE "HEART" BUTTON BUG. THE HEART BUTTON DOESNT WORK.... Ive already emailed about it, otherwise Im just gonna give up hoping, have had this app since it came out... Dont even use it anymore... Just hoping they will fix the bug..... Might just erase it soon. Big loss. I really loved this app when it worked....

App was super easy to use and didnt crash or freeze once, which is above what you get from a lot of other shopping apps with the same amount of content. I really like how you can view the rotation of images before actually clicking on the link. App is also really clean feeling--a nice change of pace from your screen being crowded and overbearing with pics and ads. Overall, easy to navigate, clear, and worked fast. Highly recommend for online shopping!

There is an error in the app!! I tried to download it many times and the problem is still in my Phone and other phones

I love shopbop and this app is my absolute favorite. I love the size of the images and the interface is very user friendly.

Done with this garbage company. Burn in hell.
